thynkWISE Academy is operated by THYNKWISE ADVISORS PRIVATE LIMITED, a Private Limited Company registered in India (GSTIN 27AAKCT9800G1Z3), with its registered office at 17/10/1/57, f.n.a-406, Star Gaze, Dhanori, Lohegaon, Pune, Maharashtra 411015, India.

You must be at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent/guardian) to use the Platform. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Access to a course, learning path, or certification is granted either by purchasing a plan or by being enrolled by your organisation’s administrator. Unless stated otherwise, a paid licence grants access for the term shown at checkout. Certifications may require periodic revalidation to remain current.

Prices are shown on the pricing page and are payable through our third-party payment processor. Applicable taxes (including GST) are charged as required by law and reflected on your tax invoice. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You agree not to:

• share, resell, sublicense, record, or redistribute course content, videos, or assessments;
• circumvent access controls, share your account, or attempt to access content you have not been granted;
• misuse the Platform to infringe others’ rights, transmit unlawful content, or disrupt the service;
• use automated means to scrape or copy content except as expressly permitted.

All course content, frameworks, assessments, trademarks, and materials on the Platform are owned by or licensed to THYNKWISE ADVISORS PRIVATE LIMITED and are protected by law. Enrolment grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access the content for your own learning. No other rights are granted.

Certifications reflect performance against our published rubrics at the time they are issued. We may set eligibility criteria and revalidation requirements, and may revoke a credential obtained through misrepresentation or a breach of these Terms.

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we work to provide high-quality learning, we do not guarantee specific outcomes (such as employment, income, or results). To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Platform will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Platform at any time; termination does not entitle you to a refund except as provided in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
