We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Platform. We retain transaction and tax records for the period required by applicable law. You may request deletion of your account, subject to records we must keep.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email notification@thynkwise.co.in.
7. Security
We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls, and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
8. Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary to sign you in and keep the Platform working (such as your session and theme preference). We do not use them to build advertising profiles.
